Total crap. I complained about the first bag because it was hard. The parts aren't much softer in the second bag either. My cats definitely don't eat them because I can do what I want. I can't recommend throwing out money, then opening normal lysine capsules and adding them to the food will result in a lot more. I had such good experience with struvite or tooth drops, but the consistency of these parts - it's pretty questionable whether a cat will take something like that when things are so hard. I'm pretty disappointed.
