I tried this complementary food for my cat because she had to deal with stomach problems again and again. Unfortunately, it turned out in retrospect that the cause was not related to acidification — so I personally could not notice any noticeable improvement. Nevertheless, I would like to rate the product fairly, because the composition is well thought out: With red elm bark, fenugreek seeds and amino acids, it contains many proven ingredients that are useful for acid-related irritation of the gastric mucosa.
Compared to the classic ReconVales tonic, my cat wasn't as happy to accept this product — even though it's usually not very grumpy. If you have a very sensitive animal, you might need some patience here.
What I find positive: It's easy to use, no mixing, no powder — just add it directly or over food. It can certainly be a good support for animals with acid-related problems or gastritis. For other causes, however, you should carefully check whether it is the right remedy.
Conclusion: Unfortunately not the right solution for us — but not a bad product! Certainly helpful when indicated correctly.
